@jfruh Spectrum, Comcast and Cox do...but for everyone else pulling HBO Go seems stupid (though they can access it on their provider's on demand service just as easily).

@CallofDuty Depending on how this impacts internet usage it could be good or bad. Comcast has a monthly allowance.

@crystalgroves @Xfinity They are such trash only reason I used them is because I got promotion for good speed really cheap for first year. Connection was still trash but luckily canceled after year. They monopolize areas to force bad connections for high prices. Good luck

@comcast fraudulent account impacting credit score. Can’t refinance. Submitted fraud claim 3 times this month. No response and “security risk” to let me speak to supervisor… no call back. Please I’m begging you. Just need help and no one will or can. 3 ticket numbers. #help

@Xfinity 'Help' is a grave misnormer. Spent over an hour (mostly on hold) with your company today and nothing was resolved as it is never resolved. But the 'problem' is systemic from the top down. Literally, if you all weren't the only internet provider in town I'd have left years ago.

@Xfinity how does anyone at your company not know what is going on with one of my accounts. Literally just set up service 10/13. Been on the phone over 30 minutes and three different departments. No answers. @XfinitySupport

@RoundsR I am glad to hear that the issue has been resolved. I do not know what number you called. I have found that 1-800-934-6489 or 1-800-XFINITY works best for me. -RobertA

Amazon customer service is worse than Comcast customer service. At least Comcast puts the money they promise you in your account.

@XfinitySupport PS: It's Seattle so you'd think @Xfinity would be prepared for down power lines etc. Would be nice to get actual details vs just "working on it - hope to resolve soon". I need to provide my job with a real timeline of when I can actually work.
