But I’ve heard that there’s some weird copyright situation going on with the work print which has been sort of a point of conflict with Thomas fans. A LOT of them don’t want this work print copy to be spread around, so I would tread carefully. |

The proper cut can't be released until the illegal version has been taken down, since it was never meant to be released to the public yet, hence why fans want it and all it's itinerations to be deleted, And even if it brings more attention to the film this first step is the key to the whole issue. I recommend you at least read Britt's statements on facebook or look for other forums for opinions on the whole controversy. |

Everyone keeps asking him to take them down, but he refuses. He even wrote in the description of the videos saying that the director's cut "quote" on "quote" doesn't exists, which is completely not true from his point of view. If the director's cut doesn't exists, then how the heck did he get a hold of the work print videos, I'm not trying to be harsh but he's making himself look more bad for not taking them down. |
